If you have a loan that is higher-priced after 10/1, are you escrowing on a mobile home for just the insurance? There are no property taxes on a mobile home in a park. There are annual registration fees similar to an auto. Are you required to escrow for those?

After reading the regulation, I would say yes depending on how you read the following: liability arising out of the ownership or use of the property. I would think your annual registration fees would classify as ownership of property.
