we are going to run a ad that we are selling a foreclosed house. Any need for the FDIC or Little House logos?

Both, if you are advertising the financing of that house. however look in the regulations for minimum size that may allow some ommissions. There are also requirements for size of dog house based on size of ad. (I don't think the doghouse is required by OCC banks, but I'm not 100% sure...just something in the back of my mind tells me that!)

What if we plan to put an "info" sheet about the foreclosed house in the realtor's office for the public to see...we are not advertising the financing, we just want to sell the house (we don't care who finances it-LOL). Does that require the FDIC & EHL logos?
