We have been required by examiners to develop an OFAC Risk Assessment. The assessment needs to determine compliance with OFAC requirements in all areas of the Bank.

Does anyone have a sample of an OFAC Risk Assessment they completed? It would be greatly appreciate as we are under the gun here.

It would be worthwhile to scan the SDN list for entities located in your state or town before attempting to fill out the assessment matrix.
