Our advertising agency is wanting to run a commercial on a local all news channel - the ad will consist of slides vs video and one of the slides will reference a rate we pay on a dda. I have no experience with tv ads, but am thinking that we will need our disclosures to be on a slide as well, vs a voice over -

Does anyone have a handy reference that would let me do some research on this topic? Thanks

Look to section (e) for what is exempted in a TV ad. http://www.bankersonline.com/regs/230/230-8.html and don't forget to also review the Commentary. http://www.bankersonline.com/regs/230/regddcomm.html .
