Are there any rules prohibiting our bank from sharing deposit customer information with our Trust Department? They are part of the bank, however, they have never been allowed access to any deposit customer information in the past. Any ideas if we can allow them to market to our deposit customers? Thanks for any input.

Happy Gilmore,

Our privacy poicy states:
*we do not have affiliates
*we use personal information for "our" marketing purposes
*we do not share with affiliates or nonaffiliates

Also, are there any other regulations, including those for Trust, that would prohibit this.

Thanks!
