I am reviewing some RE for proper documentation and there seems to be some confusion with the FCAID disclosure. Businesses are not required to sign this disclosure, but what about RE that is purchased for investment or rental property purposes. The RE would still be used for personal household use, so would the disclosure need to be gived?

Also, could you please tell me where I can get some information to read on this disclosure. I am having no luck finding any, especially anything dealing with my questions.
