Does anyone know exactly what the bank was doing wrong that caused the $32 million dollar CMP posted in today's BOL compliance briefing? I have just read a few pages of the settlement so far, but it looks they had a normal overdraft program that a lot of banks have. Just wondering what they were doing wrong???
