Is anyone familar with this animal? We had a call from someone who needed to open this type of trust account (or an irrevocable trust), so as to funnel income away from someone who is receiving medicare. The credit union had already turned them down. I also turned them down due to our unfamiliarity with an Income Diversion Trust. However, I want to get educated in case there's a next time.
