We currently have savings accounts on a quarterly statement cycle (unless of course they have EFTs). These are no fee accounts and interest is paid quarterly when the statement is cut.
My question is this - If we go to a monthly service charge, do we now have to send monthly statements because of the monthly bank fee that is assessed? Of course we will disclose the change in terms to all account holders.
