Need help from all of you avid music fans

I will be putting together a montage of pictures from my son's 1st grade class and want to set it to music. But I want fun songs and not something that Playhouse Disney coughed up. Any suggestions. Just needs to be appropriate for school.

My son loves some of the stuff Weird Al has put out. He's 14 now and still pulls him up on youtube.

Jay - who is Richard Cheese???
I am trying to avoid true "kid" songs like the Laurie Berkner ones, but may consider They Might be Giants. I was hoping for something a bit mainstream and clean. I think Lady Gaga will be out.

Check out Kids Songs. They are all kid friendly covers of songs. I can't stand them but my kids love them.

My grandchildren, 2 of which are 1st graders, love Jack Johnson's song "Upside Down". He filmed it with Curious George in the video - very cute.

conjunction junction what's your function... dang, having a senior moment and can't remember the name of the show/video  Schoolhouse Rock!!! My kids are really fond of the B-52s 'Rock Lobster'.
