is it required to provide the Score disclosure on a consumer Mobile Home only loan that does not include the land as collateral? i have seen conflicting information,

No. Refer to the FCRA 609(g). A MH only loan is not a 1-4 residential real property.

On or after Jan 1, 2011 you would have to provide the applicable RBPN or exception notice dependent on which option you have chosen.
