Just wondering how everyone is coming along on their Sarbanes-Oxley Act Section 404 plans. Where are you at in the process? Also, if anyone has any resources/samples/frameworks that they are willing to share, including internal control documents related to FDICIA, I would really appreciate it. No need to reinvent the wheel where it's not necessary! Email at mrathbun@alliedfirst.com

We have completed out Project Plan and have taken our first stab at the narratives. We also met with our external auditors, presented our plan, and so far they were ok with how we were doing it. Not being familiar with the COSO framework, I did some internet searching, and I've found that this link had the most beneficial information, from background to latest developments.
