There is no regulatory requirement for an ADA policy, however, you must update your policies if they discriminate against those with disabilities. Some fulfill this requirement by having a separate policy.
Where did you read/hear you are supposed to have one?

It was referenced in an ABA webinar, but only to make reasonable modifications in policies, practices, or procedures. I'm sure we address it in other policies. We dont want a separate policy if it isnt necessary. Thanks.
