Under Reg D the limits have changed to 6 debits. Can banks charge a fee after 3 withdrawls/debits? Also does the Truth in saving disclosure have to document the restrictions specifically? (Which transactions are limited?)

You can charge for whatever you want to. TISA dislcosure does not specifically have to have, but it has to be in your depositor's contract.
