Hello - We are placing a 7 day hold today, which would mean the money should be available on December 24th...I think. We close at noon that day, so I was thinking we could count that as a business day because we are open a half day. Thoughts?

Sure; you're open and it is a weekday.

And I assume you mean you are making the money AVAILABLE on the 7th business day (a 7-day hold would be available day 8).

If the hold is placed today (15th) then the money will be available on Christmas Eve.
