SAR filed and now time for 90 day review. The activity reported was loan fraud and even though the accounts are still active there has been no activity conducted through the accounts. At the time of the filing law enforcement had not been contacted but are now working on the case. Other than being able to name the law inforcement officer and possibly mention newspaper article with regard to the businesses i have nothing new to report. Should i still file a followup with this limited info?

Your responsibility to file continuation or follow-up SARs is contingent on the activity continuing after the first SAR was filed. As you say, you would not have anything to write about if you file another SAR.
