We have a large company who has approx. 100 + employees who banks with us. One of our loan officers wants to offers this company's employees discounted loan rates. Are we allowed to do this or do we have to offer it to all other companies' emp.?

Many banks have special account packages available for employees of corporate customers.

We have programs like this for employees of companies that bank with us. We flag them so the reason for discount is clear when we or our examiners do a fair lending pricing analysis.
