When a customer opens an account we give them a schedule of fees and service charges which details all fees required to be in the Reg E disclosure. Can we reference the schedule of fees and charges in the Reg E disclosure instead of again listing them there? Just trying to have only one place to make future changes!

You can get away with that except when it comes to the Reg E "opt in disclosure" under §205.17, if you use it. There, you have to spell out your OD fees -- all of them -- and you can't "incorporate them by reference."
