On a hold notice, are you required to state funds will available on the XX business day or can you simple state funds will be available XX/XX/2011?

Most of the model clauses contain the wording refering to the number of business days (our form uses both the number of business days, as well as the date so that it is both compliant with those models and clear to the customer).
