Can the H-3 notice be sent with the other early disclosures?

The reg says

ii) Segregated from other information provided to the consumer,

Does this mean just provided as a separate form, or mailed separately. The CBR will mail for a fee, but reading through the threads seems like both ways are being done. We previously just sent the Credit Score disclosure with the other 3-day disclosures.

When they say separately in that context, it means it needs to stand alone in it's on document...you can send it with the package. If you have more than one borrower, I'd suggest separately enclosing in envelopes to each party.
