Does anyone have audit procedures for auditing fees? I have heard of banks getting written up if the names of fees do not match on disclosure, fee schedules and statements/notices. I don't want to miss anything.

Also I would like to ensure the fees are being charged to all of the customers so that we won't be written under UDAP. What are your procedures for this?

I just finished my Reg DD audit--it touched on the names of fees matching between disclosures and statements.

One of the things you need to do is to get a big table and put the customer disclosures, marketing and advertising materials, and system parameters side-by-side-by-side, and make sure that they all match.

You will generally have to look at all products. Make sure you check out the maturity notices for CD's with a maturity greater than one year - it is a bit trickier than most.
