Is there any guidance on how many Board of Directors should be on the Compliance and CRA Committee?

Some banks do not have any directors on those committees. I like having a director or 2 on the CRA Committee. The can really help with board and management commitment.

We don't have any Board members on those committees. Senior management is represented on those committees and they, along with the Chief Compliance Officer, report to the Board.
