can I be correct in saying that a bank regulated by the OTS is not required to post availability of the annual financial disclosures in the branch lobbies?

Without researching it, I believe this is correct. The FDIC and OCC have these requirements.

Any guidance if we are a national bank acquiring the assets of another national bank's branch office mid-year? Does the annual financial disclosure need to direct them to the former bank (at least for 2010 financial numbers)? And then YE 2011, do we need to list both banks since the acquisition was mid-year?

There is no guidance that I am aware of that would require such a disclosure.
