That would be me. grin

Yeah, I check there every couple of days or so. She seems to have stopped doing the big "here's what available for $5 and under" lists though, and seems to be sticking closer to listing and reviewing books that she (or her friends) have read. Her reading tastes don't really align with mine. I wish the Kindle listings on Amazon had more sort selections. I liked them better before they got "improved." crazy

I'm on the third book of the Highlander series by Karen Marie Moning.

Well thanks RR Becca! laugh

I've found a couple on that site, but I'm not into fantasy, romance or Christian novels, which seem like the majority on the list.

I started using Amazon's wish list so I can remember what I want to read, and then I wait for the price to drop. I don't want to pay the best-seller price.

I haven't used the wish list through Amazon yet. I'll have to check it out. I've been trying to get clean up my recommendations (by selecting those books that I own) but it seems to take forever.

I've started using the wish list, but I think I'm going to go back to the shopping list, instead. I like the display better. What is it with the Kindle listings not always showing the price until you "open" it? That drives me nuts.

I am reading a wonderful book, Epiphany by Elise Ballard. Based on her interviews with a variety of people, some famous, some not, Ballard relates the stories of these individual's life epiphanies. It is very inspiring and thought-provoking. Highly recommended.

I use the cart, not the wish list. Then I get the little yellow box at the top if the prices change.

Now reading "I Shall Wear Midnight", currently the last book in the Discworld series.

The problem is that only your wish list shows up on the Kindle itself. Good idea on the cart though - that way if I'm at my real computer I can keep track of the books more easily. Hmm. May have to try that.

Anyone read "Unbroken" by the same author as "Seabiscuit"? I've heard it's life-changing...

I've gotten sucked into the (cheap) paranormal romance series by Tracy Madison: A Taste of Magic, A Stroke of Magic, A Breath of Magic, & By Magic Alone. They're cute, fast reads.

Kitten, I am liking it so far too.

I really liked her on Ally McBeal and Arrested Development.

Freak, I read this a while back and I certainly have a different view of her now than I did before!

I just started Infinite Jest. Has anyone else read this? It's about 1000 pages long and before I commit, I want a second opinion. smile
