Does anyone have a risk mitigation form that they use (and are willing to share) in conjunction with opening depository accounts for non-profits that would encompass the bullet points outlined in the FFIEC BSA/AML Exam Manual 9pg 320-321) that our new accounts & relationship managers could use when opening such accounts.

We consider our NGO base low-risk and follow our normal risk assessment procedures.

Depending on their final risk rating (based on products/services/etc) - depends on any EDD conducted.
