We have a small number of exempt accounts that are due for the Annual/Due Diligence review. Due to many factors we no longer have copies of the initial filing of Treasury Form TF F 90-22.53 with the IRS. Is there a way to obtain these? Do we need to have these on file?

Like everything else BSA-centric, you are supposed to keep a copy of those filings for five years.
