I am looking for someone that has sent out account verification letters for some guidance. Does anyone have a copy of what they have sent out in the past to your membership for verifying their accounts?

If your institution has external auditors, you may want to check with them for a sample and guidance. If you use their example, and work within their/joint parameters, you might be able to use one mailing for both reviews.
