Can someone tell me would be some examiner expectations of what should be included in Third party finiancial reviews, or where we could find some guidance.

In addition to the FFIEC IT Examination Handbooks, the FDIC released an FIL (FIL-44-2008) titled "Guidance for Managing Third-Party Risk" that covers this. See FIL-44-2008 (Guidance for Managing Third-Party Risk)
