Does Ohio have any laws in regards to foreclosure letters being sent to customers? We do not process Fannie/Freddie, trying to find any set in stone rules to follow.

The foreclosure sale has to be advertised in a newspaper generally circulated in the county where the property is located for 4 consecutive weeks prior to sale. Other than that, I'm not aware of any other specific rules.
