Hello-Our internal auditor has stated that NACHA rules dictate that branch personnel are to be made aware of the terms REDEPCHECK, Reversal, and reclaim. In order to take care of this requirement I'm doing a job aid for front end personnel. I'm trying to keep to one page front/back and have it be the most relevant info. for that audience. I have two questions-1. have you heard of this NACHA requirement and 2. what other information would you suggest for this job aid. It will be used for all new tellers and new account opening staff to demystify this process.
