Good morning,

Where can I find the Oregon sate law on loan file record retention for loans sold on the secondary market?

Do they fit within the in-house loans kept for 7 years from date of pay-off? OR withing the 12 months for brokered loans?

The loans are underwritten to the investor standards, funded in our name on our system then immediately sold and paid off by the purchasing investor.

Thanks in advance!

Lost in the rain.
I would treat them as in-house loans, as they do not qualify as brokered loans. On a side note you probably should keep everything for at least 25 months due to other regulatory requirements.
