If a customer withdraws their Reg E claim, but we have already provided provisional credit, do we need to notify them that either:
1. the provisional credit will be reversed in 5 bus days, or
2. reverse the credit immediately but let customer know that we will will honor checks, drafts, etc for the next 5 bus days
...or can we just reverse the provisional credit immediately and not have to give the customer the 5 days in either option above?
