We are trying to get all of our disclosures in order to comply with SCRA and HUD Homeownership Counseling. Can anyone help me out with any requirements related to the providing of the HUD "How to Avoid Floreclosure" pamphlet. I believe that it needs to be provided no later than the end of the 2nd month of delinquency. If that is that case - when (and how) are you providing this pamphlet? Also, is it only required for loans secured by a principal residence?
