We have our Funds Availability notice posted in each of our branches in a location for the public to see. Is it "required" to have it at each individual teller station as well?

No, it is not required at each individual teller station.

From the Reg CC commentary:

Such notice need not be posted at each teller window, but the notice must be posted in a place where consumers seeking to make deposits are likely to see it before making their deposits.

Only forms vendors believe you have to have one at every teller window.

My bank has one office where the notice is posted at the head of the velvet ropes that attempt to queue customers up. At another office it's posted on a wall, about 10 feet off the lobby floor, where one would need a ladder to read it. Or at least that was where it was the last time I visited that office. If I were a bank examiner, I'd write up the second office for its placement of that and several other notices (CRA, Fair Housing, etc.).
