I don't have the guidelines in front of me, but I know it says within the guidelines which ones are replaced and which are not.

The following are still in effect:
*2005 interagency FAQs
*2005 interagency statement

Yes. Those Dec 2010 are the "new" ones mentioned plus

When referring to the 2005 interagency statement are you talking about what was attached to the FAQs?

What about OCC 2008-0021 ? Is that gone?

The Guidance says:

rescinded are

1. The 1994 Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines
2. The 2003 Interagency Statement on Independent Appraisal and Evaluation Functions
3. The Statement of the 2006 Revisions to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice

Continue to be in effect
1. 2005 Interagency FAQ on Residential Tract Development Lending
2. 2005 FAQ on the Appraisal Regulations and the Interagency Statement on Independent Appraisal and Evaluation Functions (OCC 2005-6)

The 2008 was proposed only.
