Does everyone use the same privacy training for the BOD to the couriers? Or does privacy need to be job specific?

We use the same training across the board. This year we did provide a more indepth training to our Fraud Department because we centralized subpoena processing last year.

I personally would present the same training to the BOD as I would to front-line personnel. They need the 30,000ft level overview of their and the bank's overall responsibilities - not the detailed how-to information.
