This is a transfer tax, correct? It should be in Section 8 of the GFE? Who is it paid to?

I am in Missouri and haven't done a mortgage for Kansas in forever.

Yes it is a transfer tax. Yes it goes in Section 8 and it is paid to the XXX County Register of Deeds.
