Has anyone here been given a NY State ATM Safety Act violation notice where the parking lot area within 60 ft of the ATM does not maintain 2 FC (Foot Candle) of lighting?

Sorry no parking lots at our bank.

At a previous we were told that we were in compliance with the standard but I do not recall what the standard was at the time.
