I have read the WI state statutes UCC code 445.125 Funeral Directors regarding burial agreements. Am I to understand from this section that the depositer is the Trust holder and the Funeral Home/director is the beneficiary? Does this affect account titling somehow, as in can the funeral home/director steer the funds in that they can renew the CD arrangements and sign for the depositor?
