WE CURRENTLY HAVE OUR ESCROW ANALYSIS DROP IN THE MONTH OF APRIL. I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE IT TO START DROPPING IN DECEMBER, THE CUSTOMER WILL GET A SHORTER ESCROW ANALYSIS AT THE END OF THE YEAR, WOULD THAT BE A PROBLEM?

You can do a short year statement at any time. If you did an annual analysis in April 2011, you can run another in December or January 2012. You'll simply stop the year, cut statements for what has happened (old history and old projection) and give a new projection based on the next 12 months. Refer to §3500.17(i)(4).
