Did anybody else watch last night? I actually enjoyed it. The talent was really good for the most part and I liked how the "coaches" interacted with each other and the contestants.

I DVR'd this and hope to watch it tonight. I'm not really watching for the singing competition. I am a Blake Shelton fan and I want to see what he says/does on this show. He is usually pretty funny.

I really enjoyed the interaction between the judges. As the show went along, they became very competitive with each other, watching each other to see who would ring in, especially Blake and Adam (disclaimer -- I'm a big Blake fan). Also, it was very interesting to see that looks really do influence your perception of talent. There was that one girl who no one chose, but when they turned around a couple of the judges actually said that if they had seen her they would of picked her.

I didn't understand them not picking her either. Her voice was a lot better than many who got picked.

I'm not a big country music fan, so I didn't even know who Blake Shelton was, but he and Adam were a lot of fun to watch.

I liked the show. In comparison to American Idol, it was refreshing to see true talent and not weirdo's just trying to get some tv time. Cee-Lo was really on point in his assessment of the aspiring artists. Is it me, or does Christina A. look a little puffy in the face?

I really enjoyed it. I listened to it while working on some things around the house, so I didn't see who it was except for a couple that I walked in to see what they looked like. Kelsey Rae sounded great, and I also really liked the guy who did Time After Time!

Anyone else surprised to see Frenchie from American Idol?

I do think it will have a lot more legitimacy than Idol. Idol has become as much about the train wrecks at the beginning as it is the talent. These people have actual ability.

I hadn't even heard of that show and came on it last night after Idol flipping channels. Pretty cool. It's like Shark Tank for singers.

Looks to be a pretty good concept, although I believe that eventually it comes to a public vote. Which means looks and likability will be factors. I'm curious to see how America embraces a bald lesbian with neck tatoos.
