Should a representative payee be allowed to call into the bank and request funds to be transferred from a representative payee account into the single account of the representative payee. It appears we have this request on a regular bases.

I would think this should be allowed as the rep payee has sole transaction authority over the funds in that account. What they do with the funds once deposited into the rep payee account is up to that person.

I would NOT do this as a telephone transfer. If they want to write a check from one to the other, fine. By allowing an online transfer, you could be situating the bank in the center of a big mess down the road.
