We are looking at updating a number of our forms. Is any one willing to share their Privacy Notification provided to customers?

Thanks Randy. I did do a google search and saw those, but I wanted to see what other bankers were using as well.

Well, it is now a standardized form and the clauses you use or the answers you provide will all depend on what your policy actually is.........
