Do the SCRA provisions apply to a loan that was made to an individual for the purpose of refinancing a rental property (i.e. a commercial loan)?

Yes. It would also apply to any corporate loan(s) they are liable for. To review a related court case go to BOL's Court Watch Section and click on SCRA.
