I'm having some issues getting Microsoft Silverlight to work and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions? I'm trying to play a video through a vendor website and it will load Silverlight and looks like it is going to play the video and then I get a white screen. IT guy says it is not blocked through our firewall but can't get any more than that as an answer from him. Please help if you can!

Hi Sarah - Based on my experience with Silverlight, it's quite possible you'll need local admin rights on your PC in order for the web app/video to work correctly. If this is already the case then your installation of Silverlight could be corrupt.
