We generally do not pull a consumer credit report if existing credit report is less than one (1) year old. Management is now discussing whether this is correct. What are other banks doing? Thanks for input

Check your contract with the consumer reporting agency. It probably states that a credit report may only be used in conjunction with the original permissable purpose in which you pulled the report.
