I'm currently working on our banks IT Audit. It includes an audit on Telephone Banking. Does anyone have a checklist or guidelines that will help me?

Telephone banking - do you mean Call Center or when you call the hotline to get your account balance, recent transactions, etc.?

We simply tested that the customer is required to change their PIN when they access Telephone Banking for the first time, as it is automatically set to be the last 4 digits of the customer's SSN at account opening. Also, our Telephone Banking options are limited to balance inquiry and internal transfers, so we ensure that these are the only options available. We will enlist a new employee to help us with this testing.
