Are there any audit requirements governing the printing of image replacement documents?

Printed IRDs must be in conformance with The Check Clearing Act for the 21st Century (“Check 21”) by meeting the following requirements:
1)Accurately represents all information on the front and back of the original check (including all endorsements).
2)Contains the legend “This is a legal copy of your check. You can use it the same way you would use the original check.”
3)Conforms to industry standards applicable to the MICR line.
4)Conforms to the industry standard for the physical characteristics of checks.

Thank you for your response. My concern is more about keeping track of IRD's that are printed. Is a log required or any kind of tracking?
