A Health Savings Account is a checking product. Would they be regulated by Reg CC? We are prepping our notices to our customers on the new Reg CC availability and need to know if the HSAs should receive a notice, as well.

I'm assuming that you mean a NOW account? I would opine that it is a "consumer" account.
