Adverse action letters will be required to include the credit score. I know this is effective 7/21 but when does the date start, with the application or date of Adverse Action Notice. Also, where would I find it stated as such.

As to the effective date - the most recent article/information I read on the topic was a press release on July 6, 2011 from the Federal Reserve, which states that while the rule is final, the effective date is still TBD based on publication in the Federal Register (effective 30 days after date of publication, which is expected soon).
